Right of Withdrawal

- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

- The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the following day after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

- Should you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by sending a clear and unambiguous statement to the CZUB E-shop, Česká zbrojovka a.s., Svatopluka Čecha 1283, Uherský Brod 688 01, eshop@czub.cz (for example, by letter sent via a postal service provider or by email). You may use the attached withdrawal form or fill in the online form, but you are not required to do so.

- To meet the deadline for withdrawing from this contract, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the relevant deadline expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract

- If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all funds received from you under the contract, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive method offered), no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction to refund the funds, unless you have expressly specified otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any additional costs as a result. Refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been received or after documentation is provided confirming shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.

- Goods must be shipped back or handed over at Svatopluka Čecha 1283, Uherský Brod 688 01 without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. To satisfy the deadline, please ship the goods back to us before the 14-day period has elapsed.

- You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

- You are only liable for a decrease in the value of the goods if it results from handling them in a manner other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
